mild vent:
Letting your dog off-leash is a privilege, not a right.
If you can’t keep it under control with verbal commands, then it should not be roaming free.
If it continually harasses my leashed dog while you’re on your mobile phone and distractedly chirping “no, Buddy… Buddy… no… Buddy…” and I tell you off for it, well, yeah. You needed to be told.
