Killer drills at practice today. Learned how to
fall slide properly. Repeatedly. A lot.
Also, burpees on top of pushups on top of lunges on top of squats on top of runs. What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
We’re only 3 practices in and our numbers are already diminishing. There were 48 of us to start, but I only counted 31 today. We haven’t even started hitting yet!
