Stayed up past my bedtime last night, drinking beers and scheming with a friend about shaking things up, starting fresh, being passionate about what we do for a living (for once). He then went home and immediately wrote down the “minutes” of our conversation, so that we’d have homework and be accountable for it. Already on the right track. I suppose this is more of the same....

Letting your dog off-leash is a privilege, not a right.
If you can’t keep it under control with verbal commands, then it should not be roaming free.
If it continually harasses my leashed dog while you’re on your mobile phone and distractedly chirping “no, Buddy… Buddy… no… Buddy…” and I tell you off for it, well, yeah. You needed to be told.
